Like every aspect of Harmony’s offerings, our yoga and other “fitness” classes are here to support your overall health and wellness, both during and after pregnancy.
Our classes are tailored to help you build strength, flexibility, and calm – physically, mentally, and emotionally – since all are pivotal to a healthy pregnancy, birth, and person!
So, are these exercise classes? You bet.
But they are also a lot more.
There are lots of ways to exercise your body, and we encourage you to embrace whichever ones you can keep yourself safely doing!
