 Tracie LynchHypnoBirthing® Tracie Lynch is a Bay Area native and mother of three wonderful children with a very supportive husband of over 13 years. The journey through fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood has fascinated her for many years. Her experience as a Birth Doula and her own personal birth experiences allow her to offer a varied understanding of how birthing parents might be feeling and what they might want in many different situations. Tracie came to find the HypnoBirthing method during her second pregnancy and was able to use the method for a birth experience she was really happy with. After that calm, beautiful, natural birth and the subsequent birth of her third child at home, she decided to share this method so that other expectant families could enjoy the positive birth experiences she had. Tracie is very passionate about all things birth and family. She offers a personal touch to her teaching and loves to work closely with birthing couples, hearing their stories and helping both partners to work toward their goals, as well as helping them to navigate their journey towards becoming a family. Tracie works closely with her Doula group, Birth Elements of the South Bay, to offer full circle Doula care to her clients. She lives in San Jose and teaches HypnoBirthing and Childbirth education in several locations in the South Bay Area and Peninsula.
