Prenatal Couple’s Yoga

A beautiful way for expectant parents to connect with each other and their baby!
Expectant parents will enjoy learning synchronized breathing techniques, stamina building yoga postures, supportive relaxation practices, and creative visualization ideas to put in your birth and parenting tool box. It’s great way for expectant parents to connect with each other and with baby as you prepare for your baby’s birth! The workshop teaches safe yoga poses, breath awareness and meditation.
In the extended format, partners will learn some basic but effective massage techniques to do on mamas to relieve muscle tension, fatigue, and aches and pains of pregnancy. The session will be infused with relaxation for mamas, partners and babies, too!

Because space is limited to 9 couples, cancelations may only be made for full refund up until 1 week before the scheduled class, unless we have a wait list and are able to fill your spot.
This policy exists because in order to ensure quality class experiences for you, we guarantee small class sizes. So if we have held your space, it may mean others have been turned away.
