I’ve been looking for a place for prenatal yoga and after trying Harmony twice, I’ll be sticking with them. I’ve had two different instructors and they’ve both been great. Even when the class is full, they try to give you individual feedback on your poses. Classes have women who are both in early and late in their pregnancies and they do a great job of showing variations for both sides of the spectrum.Nassim L.
Highly recommend for prenatal yoga.
Did my prenatal yoga here and it was really great! You can either walk-in (hoping the class isn’t already full) or pay for a package in advance through the website or by calling them.Chandra S.
Now I am taking the mommy and movers class and it’s the best thing ever. You just drop your baby/toddler on the floor, they play and you get to do yoga in peace. Lorena, who teaches the class, is also super helpful when you are stuck in a pose and 3 little ones think you are a great thing to hold on to, but she also gives you a great workout. The class is a little bit more mommy focused though my daughter always has a great time here.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving this class harmony birth!!
Harmony is a wonderful place for women and their growing family. I came for prenatal yoga and came back for massage. Excellent! The staff people are friendly, instructors are knowledgeable, and my massage therapist Barb…AWESOME! I will recommend this place.Jae T.
I have taken prenatal Yoga classes at Harmony and now with my 3 yr old child I did Little Bits Play Yoga class and I have always been extremely happy with the classes I have taken here. As a busy Mom, I have got a chance to relax and stretch while my child is still with me. I highly recommend Harmony Birth to every Mom who is seeking Yoga for themselves or for their children. Miss Linda is wonderful with little kids and is a beautiful person.Mandira V.
I will go back again with my toddler for more yoga classes.
