Yoga for Postpartum Healing

Join Sonya Padron for a Yoga for Postpartum Healing Workshop.  Sonya will lead new moms through a restorative practice of gentle yoga poses and breathing.  New mothers must be at least six weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth or 12 weeks after a cesarean birth and be cleared for physical activity by their doctor or midwife.

All levels are welcome.  No prior experience necessary.  Dress comfortably.  Please eat two hours prior to class.  Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), water, and your open heart.

Cancellation Policy

Because space is limited to 8 people, cancelations may only be made for full refund up until 1 week before the scheduled class, unless we have a wait list and are able to fill your spot.

This policy exists in order to ensure quality class experiences for you, we guarantee small class sizes. So if we have held your space, it may mean others have been turned away.
