When:
| Online check-in for drop-in classes at Harmony |
- opens 3 hours before each class is scheduled to begin, and
- ends 20 minutes before the scheduled class.
- Please Note: You must still arrive prior to class start time! Once the class has begun, we may not allow late entries, since it can be distracting and even require other students to move to make space for the late-comer. We appreciate your help in our effort to respect the integrity of the class experience.

Within 20 minutes before each class begins, check-ins may only be done in-person.
How:

Simple! Use the link at the top-right of this page to go to the View/Reserve Drop-In Class page. |

Click "Reserve Space" next to your desired class (again, only available less than 3 hours before class), and Log In to your Harmony account.

- If you are new to Harmony and/or do not have a login, you can easily create one to access online check-in. The information requested to do so is the same we would ask when you arrive for class, and is stored securely and not ever shared or sold.

|
- If you already have yoga credits, they will be displayed, and you can confirm the class time and click "Reserve" to finalize.
- If you do not have credits, you can purchase one or more at that time.

When you arrive for class, look for your name already written on the sign-in sheet and simply place your initials next to it to indicate you have arrived.
If your name is not already written-in, write your name, and place a check-mark in the left column.

*Cost/Cancelation:*
Once you check-in for a class online, your class credit will be deducted from your account and you may only cancel that reservation until 20 minutes prior to class start time, to receive your credit back.
To Cancel: Use the same "Check-In Now" link above, log in, and click the "Cancel Reservation for..." link that will appear next to the class you reserved. This link disappears 20 min before class start time.
If you arrive late, do not cancel by 20 minutes prior, or do not attend class at all, we are sorry, but we cannot refund your credit to you, as we have held your spot, and may even have turned others away.
