Restorative YogaFor Pre and Post Natal Women This class is perfect for prenatal AND postnatal women who wish to experience a more gentle, relaxing class. Restorative Yoga uses simple, supported poses (asanas) that are practiced for several minutes at a time with the use of props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) and helps facilitate deep relaxation and rest. Softening into poses with focus on the breath to move prana (life force) into and throughout the body using more minimal muscular work, this practice is an excellent way to balance hormones, reduce fatigue, calm the mind, and replenish the body.
