 Little Bits Yoga (+ espanol!)for ages 20 mo - 3 yrs with adult(s) With yoga as the foundation, this playful and fun class is filled with unique toddler-friendly yoga poses, animal impressions, songs, stories, games, and bonding time for the caregiver and yogini. We also sprinkle in little bits of spanish songs and words for a multi-faceted and stimulating experience for kiddos and parents! Class activities promote awareness of self and others, motor coordination, energy release, strength building, and stimulate their natural curiosity, all while having fun and bonding with their parents. Age and developmentally appropriate props present sensory integration, for a rich learning environment. Tykes also learn how to relieve frustration, and increase attention span and follow directions gently, and through social interaction, repetition, and play. Starting yoga play lays the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun. Come stretch, relax, play, and connect with other parents and children! Advance Registration Required. Minimum registration 4, maximum 10. Session dates are intact, and payment applies to these dates only - there are no make-ups or credits for missed classes.
* If you missed the start of a session, you are welcome to join part-way through for the pro-rated cost, as long as a session is not full. Just click on the REGISTER link next to your chosen session, and it will automatically pro-rate the cost for the number of weeks remaining! Full Yoga Class Schedule * If you have drop-in yoga credits, you CAN use them towards this class -- but you must still register in advance! Just call or email Harmony to let us know you'd like us to transfer your drop-in credits to their equivalent $ amount to apply towards this class. We'll make the adjustment on your account and register you (if you had enough credits) or if you'll still owe some portion of the payment, we'll let you know that the $ credit is now available on your account, and you can log in and register online (the shopping cart will automatically deduct the $ credit from your balance) or we can process your credit card payment over the phone. |
