Family Zumba!
Dance Around the World
for adults with or without kids of any age


A family friendly, cardio-dance class with a multicultural world beat!

Come on your own, as a couple, or with your kid(s) for dancing fun that will improve your health and shape without feeling like a dreaded "work out."

Learn a little salsa and other "steps" while getting the boost from just moving your body and having some fun with friends, new and old.

Led by Julie Wong, the dynamic and over-qualified Music Around the World founder and teacher, this class skillfully balances the Zumba-style dance-party workout for adults with high-energy fun for kids of all ages at their own pace (from someone specialized in child-centered enrichment and education), for priceless laughing, dancing, and bonding for adults and families! 

Babies can listen to the music or groove with their parent. Older kids can free dance along with the adults or follow special steps just for them!

Dance Party is a 60 minute celebration of dance around the world and will include casual flowing warm-up, stretching and toning, structured and free dance time, and cool-down.  Ditch the boring workout and bring the whole family to join the party!

NOTE ABOUT COST: Session cost is greatly discounted from per-class price, so missed classes are already factored in and CANNOT be credited or refunded.

* If you have drop-in yoga credits, we can exchange them $ for $ towards this class -- but you must register in advance! Just call or email Harmony to let us know you'd like us to transfer your drop-in credits to their equivalent $ amount to apply towards this class.

We'll make the adjustment on your account and register you (if you had enough credits) or if you'll still owe some portion of the payment, we'll let you know that the $ credit is now available on your account, and you can log in and register online (the shopping cart will automatically deduct the $ credit from your balance) or we can process your credit card payment over the phone.
