Free Harmony Community Prenatal Yoga
This class offers those who take it the opportunity to try out prenatal yoga and experience the benefits it gives during pregnancy. Studies have suggested that practicing yoga while pregnant can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
