Did my prenatal yoga here and it was really great! You can either walk-in (hoping the class isn’t already full) or pay for a package in advance through the website or by calling them.
Now I am taking the mommy and movers class and it’s the best thing ever. You just drop your baby/toddler on the floor, they play and you get to do yoga in peace. Lorena, who teaches the class, is also super helpful when you are stuck in a pose and 3 little ones think you are a great thing to hold on to, but she also gives you a great workout. The class is a little bit more mommy focused though my daughter always has a great time here.
